Stacy French Reynolds sets organizations up for the future no matter where they are at today. Her dynamic, non-judgmental, truth-telling style helps organizations see and hear what they need to in order to create the transformation they seek.

From Fundraiser to Strategic Advisor

Before she started consulting in 2004, Stacy was a successful fundraiser who realized great fundraising wasn’t enough to make an organization fulfill its purpose.

Her revelation? Donors don’t give because you need money; they give because they believe in what you’ve set out to do. No amount of fundraising effort will help if the mission, strategic goals, leadership, and board aren’t aligned. It is difficult to fundraise if the organization is not 100% clear about where it’s going and the impact it will make and able to convey it in a confident, compelling way.

So she shifted to help organizations get these fundamental pieces in the right place.

And it worked.

Time after time, organizations Stacy works with achieve certainty on who they are and where they’re going. Stacy’s clients gain supreme clarity around their mission, vision, goals, leadership, and capacity from the staff level to the board room. In fact, her track record for repeat clients is high—once an organization meets their current set of strategic goals, they reach out to Stacy to help them realign as they grow and increase their capacity.
